Well I decided to go see how my damage might fare since I saw these dummies around. Got smacked and died hard. The training dummies are evolving. They might be on to something.Comment by KodiackOfThrall
These training dummies can (and if given the chance, will!) kill you. Death from training dummies does cause durability damage on gear.Comment by jobjob
This is not made for mages! I repeat, not made for mages! Tests aren't needed to see if we're evolving into tanks, this dummy just tought me we're not evolving into tanks.Comment by whyzzim
So you can finally be killed by a dummy!http://darklegacycomics.com/413

The clue here. (if you can be bothered to read it ), is the word 'Tanking'. The Tanking Dummy is intended to smash tanks hard so that they can practice taking blows and using cooldowns / damage avoidance abilities, as with raiding.Damage classes want the dummy marked 'Damage'. Which is much less likely to 'wipe your sorry ass all over the floor'.

Can be solo'd as a 679 Blood DK, but you don't get an achievement or Feat of Strength for lowering it to 1hp. This thing also stays agro'd on you even if you go to the auctioneer for 10 minutes. This NPC can be found in Stormshield (28).

Q: The installation is telling me that it can't be opened due to Apple not being able to search for a file. What do I do?
A: This is an issue we are currently working to resolve. For now, you can right-click on the file and choose 'open'. This will present a pop-up box with the previous warning, but with the additional options to 'Open' or 'Cancel'. You will need to do the same for the DDO.app file once it has been copied into your applications folder.
